What were your offical stats at the NFL combine? (ie. 40yr. bench reps, etc.)
By Johnny From Denton, TX
"BENCH PRESS REPS: (22)

40-YD DASH: (4.39)

SHORT SHUTTLE: (3.93)

VERTICAL: (42 INCHES)

BROAD JUMP: (10'9)

I DON'T REMEMBER MY 3-CONE DRILL TIME OR LONG SHUTTLE TIME, BUT I ONLY RAN AT THE COMBINE AND DID EVERYTHING ELSE AT THE TEXAS A&M PRO DAY."
Terrence can you please update me and all of your other fans on your recovery and when will you be back with the Green and Gold. Thanks, Wayne Hayes
By Wayne Hayes From Belvidere, IL
"I'M ACTUALLY FEELING REALLY GOOD. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING PICK-UP FOOTBALL IN TEXAS AND PLAYING BASKETBALL, DUNKING AND EVERYTHING...SO I FEEL REAL GOOD AND I'M BACK UP TO MY NORMAL WIEGHT AND READY TO GO."
TMurph- What are some off season drills you do to develop quicker feet and speed?
By Aaron VanDomelen From Menominee, MI
"I RUN FAST, SHORT DRILLS LIKE JUMP ROPE AND THE 4-CONE DRILL. DRILLS LIKE THAT WILL HELP MY SPEED. IN THE OFF-SEASON I NEVER JOG...NOT EVEN 2-FEET, BECAUSE THEN I'M TRAINING MY MUSCLES TO BE SLOW, SO NOTHING BUT QUICK AND FAST DRILLS. "
Howdy! (Wow, this is a great website!) Anyways, I think it's awesome that you represent Texas A&M in such a great way playing NFL Ball. As a young girl I'd go to many games at Kyle Field and be so excited to see you on play! You were always and still are one of my favorite players! What would you tell young people who want to one day be in your shoes, playing college or national sports?
By Jordan Knesek From LaGrange, TX
"THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SUPPORT! THAT'S ONE THING I WILL NEVER FORGET ABOUT TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY--IS HOW THEY TREATED ME DURING THE FOUR YEARS I WAS THERE. EVEN WHEN I THOUGHT ABOUT COMING OUT MY JUNIOR YEAR, PEOPLE STILL SUPPORTED ME. THANKS AND GOD BLESS ...OH YEA, I WOULD TELL THEM TO OUTWORK THE NEXT ATHLETE AND KEEP GOD FIRST....YEP."
I have been hearing alot of news that you may be be retiring due to your injury and I just wanted to know if this is true or not?? Because now with Walkers future in GB up in the air we really need you more than ever and I really would like to see you become the next big thing in the NFL. Get well soon and God Bless.
By Tom Baker From Green Bay, WI
"AS OF NOW I'M A GREEN BAY PACKER, AND I'M AT THE FACILITY LIFTING, RUNNING, AND CATCHING WITH MY TEAM. THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN AND PRAYERS! I'M ACTUALLY FEELING BETTER THAN EVER AND I'LL BE BACK AND PLAYING FAST JUST LIKE I USED TO."
What schools recruited you out of high school?
By Shabaz From College Station, TX
"WELL, I WAS NOT A BIG 5 STAR RECRUIT AND MOST TEAMS WANTED ME TO PLAY QB OR DB, BUT I HAD ABOUT 14 OFFERS FROM DIVISION I SCHOOLS AND IT CAME DOWN TO :
TEXAS A&M
TEXAS TECH
NORTH CAROLINA
BAYLOR
SOUTHERN MISS
LA TECH"
Mr. Murphy, I am sure you got to watch the A&M/"TU" game... wanted to know what you thought of it. Stay safe & get better. From a big fan in the Air Force!
By Roberto Porras From San Antonio, TX
"WELL, I THOUGHT WE SHOULD HAVE PULLED THE GAME OFF, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER AGGIE. BUT WE PLAYED WITH HEART AND I'M PROUD OF MY BOYS."
From one WR to another, is it that much harder playing aginst pro corners than an All-Big 12 corner?
By Dominique Zeigler From waco, TX
"BIG 12 BALL IS BIG TIME BALL... THROUGHOUT MY CAREER I HAVE PLAYED AGAINST THE BEST DBS FROM TERRENCE NEWMAN (KSTATE), QUENTIN JAMMER (UT), D' ANGELO HALL (V.TECH), ROY WILLIAMS (OU), AND SO ON, BUT THE NFL IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE GUYS ARE SO SMART - THEY READ YOUR SPLITS AND HOW YOU STEM YOUR ROUTES."
Terrence, I just wanted to see how your recovery is going? I wanted to let you know that you are in my prayers. I am looking forward to seeing you in action next season! God bless you! Elizabeth
By Elizabeth From Beloit, WI
"The recovery has been a slow process, and I have to be patient, but it's coming along better now. I finally get to lift weights! Thanks for your prayers and God Bless You."
Now that you are out for the rest of the season what will your rehab be like? I'm looking forward to seeing you on the field next year.
By Monkey Roo From Lancaster, TX
"WELL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SEE A LOT OF SPINE SPECIALISTS AROUND THE COUNTRY AND GETTING THEIR EXPERT OPINIONS ABOUT REHAB. I JUST STARTED LIFTING WEIGHTS THIS WEEK, THE FIRST WEEK IN DECEMBER, SO I'LL BE BACK BETTER THEN EVER. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT."
What would be your next sport you play if you didn't play for the Packers? And what is your favorite basketball team??
By Christian Casper From Fond du Lac, WI
"I THINK I WOULD BE RUNNING TRACK OR BASEBALL OR MAYBE EVEN TENNIS BECAUSE WITH MY HEIGHT AND SPEED I WOULD HAVE GOOD RANGE ON THE TENNIS COURT. I ACTUALLY WON TWO TENNIS TOURNEYS WHEN I WAS YOUNG, A SINGLES AND DOUBLES."
How are you feelin? I know that you were in a lot of Aggies' prayers after your injury, including mine. You were stepping up pretty big in that game, and I was just telling my wife that you were about to become Favre's go-to guy. I look forward to watching you next year.
By Mike From Pearland, TX
"I'M DOING BETTER NOW AND TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE PLAYER I KNOW I CAN BE, BUT IT'S A PROCESS. THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND GOD BLESS BECAUSE I WILL BE BACK."
T-Murph, It was great to see you again at Kyle Field! How do you explain to others the spirit and loyalty of Aggie Fans?
By Carolyn Rosson From Hurst, TX
"WELL IT'S GREAT AND THAT'S ONE OF THE REASONS I CAME TO TEXAS A&M BECAUSE OF KYLE FIELD AND ITS TRADITION. BUT JUST COMING BACK TO THE OKIE ST. GAME AND GETTING A STANDING OVATION FROM 80,000 WAS A MEMORY I WILL NEVER FORGET. ONE DAY I WILL BE ONE OF THOSE OLD AGS DONATING MONEY AND BRAGGING ABOUT MY PLAYING DAYS."
I know when you were at A&M, or at least I've read about it, that you were an amazing Christian role model. Does being in the NFL make it any harder or easier to live up to that same standard?
By Amos Gutierrez From Bryan, TX
"WELL FOR ME IT'S A LOT HARDER BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE SO MANY CHRISTIANS SURROUNDING ME, LIKE THE AGGIE COMMUNITY. BUT, IT GIVES ME MORE TIME ONE ON ONE WITH HIM AND MAYBE THAT'S WHY GOD PUT ME HERE."
What's it like catching passes thrown by Favre?
By Justin From College Station, TX
"It was actually a little weird at first, but then I reminded myself that he needs me to make plays, not focus on his status. Brett is all the person and more who I imagined him to be."
TMurph, What is your take on the situation that is going on in College Station? Talent, coaching or other? Gig'em
By Trey From Houston, TX
"WELL I THINK WE KEEP GETTING BAD BREAKS, BUT NEXT YEAR I THINK WE CAN PULL OF SOME BIG WINS. IT'S TIME FOR US TO DO THAT AND REGAIN THE FIRE OF KYLE FIELD AND THE 12TH MAN LIKE IT USED TO BE."
Terrence- How does the tradition from A&M and Kyle Field compare to Green Bay and Lambeau Field?
By Nicholas Wood From College Station, TX
"They both are great meccas of football who have great fans --people always ask me if I am overwhelmed by the fanfare (in Green Bay), then I tell them I have had crazy fans like this the last 4 years of my college career, so it's what I expect and nothing less."
Hey T-Murph where do you see yourself in 5 years in the NFL? (Pro Bowler, Everyday Starter, or Kick Returner)
By Michael From Bryan, TX
"Pro Bowl, nothing less ...no question!"
Keep up the good work, T-Murph! Who throws a harder ball -- Brett Favre or Reggie McNeal at A&M? Which is easier to catch?
By Chandler Harris From Houston, TX
"To be honest they both throw the ball real hard, but Reggie is not far behind Brett."
What one player would you say influenced you the most while at Texas A & M?
By steve From Dallas, TX
"Well, that's hard because a lot of them did that for me ...but Ferg influenced me to want to be an Aggie by the plays he made in the passing game, but I took a lot away from the many other great Aggies that I played with on how to be a college football player, leader, and person on and off the field, from players like Tye Warren, Jamaar Taylor, Sammy Davis, Mark Farris, Seth Mckinney, Rocky Bernard, Brian Gamble, and others. "
Do you ever hangout with Ferguson and Money Mike?
By Scott Walters From College Station, TX
"Yeah, we have a saying here that Aggies stick together no matter what-- and we do! Ferg actually would not let the veterans pick on me too much when I first got here, he took me under his wing. "
