  Respectful. Honest. Character. These are the first things that come to mind on why I chose Terrence to be my Realtor. From the beginning he worked around my hectic schedule, had all of my emails and phone calls answered within hours, and followed through on everything he promised. Terrence is a man of honor. Terrence is a man of his word. It was a refreshing experience dealing with him. My wife and I have been wanting to buy another investment property on the Southside Historic Area of campus and Terrence brought us several options to look at. He knows that area very well and I think he may know every owner by name. The process was so very simple. I would ask Terrence a question and he had the (correct) answer for me. We closed in 10 days from the time we signed the contract. Responsiveness. What else can I say we looked at the house the first time on the 7th we signed a contract on the 10th and we closed on the 20th.This is what impressed me the most.
