Respectful. Honest. Character. These are the first things that come to mind on why I chose Terrence to be my Realtor. Terrence Murphy is very professional and overall honest person! When he gets a client he represents you and takes care of your buisness just as he would take care of his own! He would not sell a home or take your buisness just for commission his image is very important to him! He sees both ways from the vendor to the seller. The first house that I wanted to get was a good deal for the owner but not for me and Terrence knew it from the start and gave me a better option! Now not only did he help me sell my home but helped me buy a home that best fits me and helped me to not make the same mistake by letting a company keep me in debt for a long time for a home that was not worth it! He is a professional realtor but gave us a home/family feeling when we would meet! I have a hard time trusting people especially when it comes to home or large amount of money that could leave me in ruins but with Terrence I did not have a problem! If I were to sell or buy another home I would not think of it twice to come to my new family member/friend for advise!

As a home builder that is based away from College Station, I had found it very difficult to promote and sell my homes from afar. Hiring a sales counselor was not in the budget so I was the one that had to ferry back and forth to make the sale. Then along came Terrence... A Godsend. We had a highly informative business lunch and he mapped out every area possible where he could make my life so much easier. From syndicating the listings for exposure, to actually showing the properties, he totally sold out my community within two and a half months of meeting him. If I met him six months earlier I honestly believe my hair wouldn't be a gray as it is. If anyone asks if I knew of a phenomenally competent realtor, I will always say, "Hell yeah! Whoop!".
