When moving to College Station and looking for a home, we talked to a few Realtors and there was no doubt that Terrence was the best choice for my family. I could quickly tell that Terrence's #1 concern was making sure that we got what we wanted in a home for the absolute best price. Terrence has definitely transitioned from being a star on the Professional Football field to being a star Realtor! I recently went through the whole process of buying my first home and chose Terrence as my Realtor, and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Terrence was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Since this was my first time buying a house, I had what I felt were a very large amount of questions, but he was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. However, the thing that really sold me on Terrence as the best Realtor possible was how honest he was with me with everything from the paperwork I needed to sign, to the quality of each house we looked at. He made it very clear that his goal was to get me the best possible house for the best possible price.
