After an extremely successful football career at Texas A&M, he graduated Class of 2005 and got drafted by the Green Bay Packers that same year in the NFL Draft. Upon moving to Wisconsin, he was given the opportunity to purchase his first home—a dream come true. Shortly after, he purchased his second home, now owning one in Texas and one in Wisconsin. He fell in love with real estate, began studying on his own, and participated in a home-building internship during the NFL off-season.
After deciding to retire from the NFL in 2007, real estate became his main focus and passion. Terrence became a serious investor in the College Station market and acquired numerous rental properties in a short time period. This is where TMFIVE Properties originated and continues to grow. TMFIVE Properties now has several components: brokerage, acquiring investment properties, property management, rental locator, and development departments all under the TM5 brand.
With all of this personal real estate experience, from the purchase of his first personal home to the growth of his own investment real estate company, the knowledge gained and well-rounded view points contribute to Terrence’s success as one of the top sales agents in Bryan/College Station area. She graduated Suma Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Terrence and Erica moved to College Station in March 2008 and bought their first dream home as a couple. After teaching at College Hills Elementary for two years, they decided that she would stay home and raise their daughter. This provided the perfect opportunity for Erica to become the property manager of TMFIVE Properties, LLC. Since she has taken over the management duties, TMFIVE Properties has received overwhelming tenant satisfaction.

It was during this time that he met his wife, Amber who shared his passion for motorcycles. They have been married 6 years now and have a beautiful, but crazy two year old daughter named Lyla.
Besides work and family, Patrick keeps himself busy with a long list of hobbies including, golf, tennis, bow hunting, mountain biking, and the outdoors - although this list is known to change on a weekly basis!
